Lori called us because her real estate website was in desperate need of an overhaul and couldn’t be found in Google until page 5 for her primary keywords. On a value priced budget we completely rebuilt Lori’s site, optimized the pages and integrated it into a solution that including an IDX-based multiple listings database. In less than one week Lori & Associates, LI Realtor jumped to the middle of page one for a Google search covering her most important keywords. We also added numerous additional features such as real estate tools (mortgage and loan calculators), complex intake forms and a mobile optimized version. In addition, Google Analytics was set up to track goals on her website and to determine how visitors moved between her website and the multiple listings database located in her website’s subdomain.
