Five Star Basketball is a popular, well known sports camp which has an impressive alumni of celebrity participants. The camp required an urban look and feel that would be immediately associated with basketball. We designed a website that featured an easy to browse navigation which enabled users to view coaches, programs and information about the facility with just one click. A visible but unobtrusive call-to-action opened a detailed membership form which collected various different types of information and was connected to a payment gateway. The back end provided the admin the ability to view form data or download the entire table into a spreadsheet for further import and processing.
